Absolutely loved Dr. Farr-Dzierzawski and had a great experience. However, I cannot access the patient portal to see my results and despite having called everyday this week it seems no one answers the phone here.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bowen for about 15 years. She lost me as a patient today over a prescription debacle and a rude nurse! I don’t have time for the attitude nor the lack of empathy and care. Bye.

I have been going to this office for years and today when I showed up I was told that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. I signed in at 11:50 for an 11:40 appointment set in the waiting room for 10+ min and was told I was late and Dr Bowen had a strict 10 min policy. When I questioned it . I was told that I was filling out paperwork at my appointment time, when I filled out the paper and submitted insurance cards online prior to my arrival. The staffer then told me the Dr had already gone to lunch. Well it sounds like she had no intention of seeing me in the 1st place. All good though. On to the next provider. My time is valuable as well.

Dr. Farr was friendly, professional, and focused on me during my appointment. The staff in this office continue to make me feel welcome and are very efficient.

they don't return your call after you leave a message. calling to see where I’m gonna have my baby at when is my next appointment I can’t even get through at this point. I’m just over this place. Not that great of customer service

The kindness and empathy in this office extends from Dr. Brown to the front desk, nurses and techs. Specifically during a recent health scare Michelle and Cindy treated me patiently on the phone and in the office, making sure I got answers and further testing was correctly scheduled. Dr. Brown called me personally on two different occasions.
I work in healthcare and know what it is like to be pulled in different directions with insurance, pharmacies, and referrals. I am grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend. Thank you
